Essay

Object – corrugations of the parts of aircraft air systems pipelines; goal - development and experimental verification of the methodology for determination rational parameters of sheet metal forming of tubular blanks using modern CAD / CAE-systems; research methods - mathematical modeling methods, numerical methods for solution of the problem of sheet metal forming in the plastic region, taking into account nonlinearities of different types in combination with control of the workpiece stability; practical results - the method of the corrugation geometry determination on the basis of the modal analysis and its application for defining of the parameters of the tubular blank expansion for the parts of aircraft air systems pipelines; method of stress-strain state calculation and conditions of buckling; confirmation of the possibility of control of the stability loss of formed tubular blanks; scientific novelty - for the first time a mathematical model of the corrugation formation of parts of aircraft pipelines was developed, combined with reduction on the basis of a combination of modal analysis and analysis of plastic flow in 3D and in 2D-formulation by the finite element method, where a method of the stress-strain state determination for the blanks of the aircraft pipelines parts was introduced at their reduction-expansion; degree of implementation of limited partnership Company “IPRIS”, National Aerospace University named by M.
