Object - technologies of aircraft surfaces paint stripping; the purpose - the development and experimental verification of the procedure for assigning laser-cleaning modes for aircraft structures made of aluminum alloys from paint coatings from the condition of preserving their performance characteristics; methods - classical analytical methods for solving heat conduction problems and experimental methods for studying the effect of laser cleaning on the properties of processed materials according to the methods regulated by international industry standards; novelty - the mathematical model for determining the power, quantity and frequency of im-pulses of laser radiation during removal of painting coatings from the condition of preservation of the anodized layer of aluminum alloys was proposed for the first time, the method of assigning laser cleaning modes from painting coatings on the basis of determining the thickness of the ablation from the absorbed energy of radiation is improved; the field is air - and rocket production.
