Soldatiuk V. Improvement of surgical preparation of patients with partial defects of dentition to orthopedic treatment.

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of surgical preparation in 125 patients with defects in dentition prior to orthopedic treatment. It was established that the surgical preparation of tissues of the prosthetic bed for orthopedic treatment with the incorporation of medicinal correction leads to improvement of the state of the supporting teeth and stabilizes the biochemical parameters of bone remodeling, improves microcirculation in the tissues of periodontal disease. The proposed methods of surgical preparation of tissues of the prosthetic bed with the medical correction of the revealed violations showed the high effectiveness of orthopedic treatment in the long term, which is confirmed by the indicators of functional and biochemical researches and allows to recommend the advanced surgical techniques for use in practical dentistry.
