Slobodianyk I. Organizational and economic support for the development of innovative potential of the agrarian sector of the Ukrainian economy

The dissertation is devoted to solving an important scientific and practical task of improving organizational and economic provision of the development of innovative potential of the agrarian sector of the economy. During the research the theoretical, practical and organizational issues of the development of innovative potential of the agrarian sector of the economy were considered, and the factors influencing the innovation potential were investigated. As a result of the study, a set of recommendations for the formation of the structure of the organizational support system for the development of the innovative potential of the agrarian sector of the economy was substantiated. The current state of innovation activity of the agrarian sector of economy in Ukraine is estimated. The key organizational determinants of innovation potential development of the agrarian sector in Ukraine are grounded and its problems are identified. The conceptual approach to the formation of the strategy of development of innovative potential of the agrarian sector of economy in Ukraine is proposed. The strategic directions of improvement of state regulation of the development of innovative potential of the agrarian sector of economy in Ukraine, in particular, direct stimulation of the development of innovative potential of the agrarian sector of the economy and support of the informational and analytical environment of innovative processes, are determined. The structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the development of the innovative potential of the agrarian sector of the economy in Ukraine is developed. The scientific and methodological approach to monitoring the organizational and economic provision of the development of innovative potential of the agrarian sector of the economy, based on the foresight methodology, has been improved.
