The thesis is one of the first comprehensive researches in Ukraine, in which the administrative-legal and informational-legal aspects of the implementation of the principle of transparency in the activities of the organs of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine are disclosed. As a result of the study, a number of conceptual findings have been made that can be used to improve the openness of the functioning of the prosecutor’s office.
