Kovalenko M. Strategy for improving the efficiency of state regulation of the mining industry

Dissertation is devoted to the systematization of theoretical foundations and the substantiation of practical recommendations for the development of vocational education in Ukraine. The interpretation of the essence of the notion of "strategy" as the tool and method by means of which the priorities, problems and resources, and directions of movement in the long-term period for the achievement of the main goal are revealed are substantiated. The methodical approach to strategic analysis and risk analysis is defined on the definition and implementation of the goals and objectives of the economic strategy and management objectives at the state level. The model of the new energy strategy of Ukraine was developed, which envisages the implementation of energy reform and implementation of the energy efficiency program within the defined development vector. On the basis of generalization of the practice of the organization and operation of the mining industry, the features of restructuring of extractive industry are proposed on the example of the coal industry and oil and gas. The model of diagnostics of the financial state of the mining industry is developed, which is based on existing approaches to the rapid analysis of industrial enterprises taking into account the specifics of the input data. The scientific and practical approach to the planning of the development of the mining industry on the basis of the inter-sectoral balance model, taking into account its orientation to the intermediate consumption market, has been improved.
