New chromium-plated coatings alloyed with boron, silicon and titanium on steel 50, brass Lc40Mz3J and СССM, under conditions of thermal self-ignition of SHS-charge. It is established and justified that the optimal combination of physical-mechanical and operational properties of structural materials with doped chromium-plated coatings is provided by SHS-blends containing: 14-25% chromium component, 7% silicon; 10% boron; 15-20% titanium; 12-15% aluminum, 5% activator, and ballast material (Al2O3) - the rest. Owing to the increase in the concentration of alloying elements in the coating, the heat resistance of СССM increases by a factor of 1,5-1,7, the corrosion resistance of brass Lc40Mz3J is 1,7-2,1 times. By increasing the micro hardness and reducing the total score of brittle fracture, the wear resistance of steel 50 increases 1,8-2,1 times.
