Voron D. Legal bases of higher education public administration

The thesis explores and substantiates the essence, reveals and generalizes the specific features of the legal regulation of higher education administration, as well as formulates the conceptual provisions for improving the legislation in this area. In this work the content of public administration as a direction of the authorities activity is investigated, higher education is described as a sphere of public administration, the legal regulation of the implementation of certain types of public administration, in particular, regulatory administration, administration in providing services and planning administration in the field of higher education, is analyzed, forms and methods of control activity as an element of administration in the sphere of higher education, types, methods and features of financing are defined.
