Thesis work is dedicated to the development of new epoxide nanocomposites with modified matrix and their derived coatings of different functional intended use with improved physical and mechanical, thermophysical and corrosion resistant properties, hydroabrasion resistance for different mechanisms and machines, which are operated with the climatic factors impact. A number of composite materials for different types of coatings, based on modified 2,4-diaminotoluene mix of nanodisperse compounds and discontinuous fibres, is provided. External surface layers are defined at the breaking point of phase separation by the operational conversions method in the “filler – binding” system. The degree of cross-linking of the indicated areas is defined by the analysis of the related photos. It is proven that blocking of such areas results in the formation of cell structures, which significantly affect the epoxy composite properties. Using the research materials and experiment mathematical planning, the composition of nanocomposites with discontinuous fibres has been optimized. Based on the results of conducted researches, new epoxide composite materials and the technology of their formation in the form of protective coatings, including multilayer coatings, have been developed. The results of the work have been implemented at the State Enterprise “Izmail Maritime Trade Port”, Chornomorsk, and in the educational process of Ternopil Ivan Puluj National Technical University.
