It is argued that society, legal science increasingly connects solving the problems of socio-economic, political and spiritual development of citizens with the improvement of public, administrative activity of the state. The principles of administrative legal proceedings, the totality of which determine their quality, the direction of this legal procedure for ensuring human rights are determined. It is substantiated that it is precisely in this direction that the improvement of administrative justice is to be improved.
