Nikolenko I. The effectiveness of using the bioactive substance of hydrolase class as an ingredient of the premix for pigs

The influence of premix with the biologically active additive "Lysozyme G3" has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally proved. It has a multi-vector effect on the physiological processes of animals organisms. The effectiveness of the use of enzyme preparation for pregnant and lactating sows has been showed. The milk yield of sows in the experimental groups was higher by 10% 20%; and 20%. The obtained biochemical parameters of blood serum of experimental pigs indicate that the premix with the enzyme preparation "Lysozyme G3" includes all types of living organism’s nutrients in the metabolism process and thereby contributes to its better growth and development. Feeding of young pigs with premix which contained the enzyme additive "Lysozyme G3" contributes to improve their overall physiological state, to increase digestibility of nutrients, their average daily gains by 2,4-5,7% (P <0,05) and makes it possible to get additional products in the amount of 109.7 UAH or more respectively by 6.6% in comparison with the control group per one head.
