Budarny O. Bodies and officials of the National Police as a party in cases that are under the jurisdiction of the administrative courts.

The paper examines issues arising in the administrative courts cases where the party is the bodies or officials of the National Police of Ukraine. The categories of these court cases are determined and described how to resolve the problematic issues that arise during their trial, provided scientifically based proposals to improve legal regulation of relations that arise when administrative courts consider these cases. The law status of bodies and officials of the National Police of Ukraine as a party in cases considered by administrative courts is disclosed. It is proved that the specified status includes two aspects: material (the totality of powers and duties of the indicated entities, which are enshrined in the material administrative law) and procedural (the set of rights and obligations of the indicated subjects, which they possess as a party to an administrative litigation).
