Due to a comparative-legal characteristic, the paper establishes the peculiarities of implementation of administrative procedures in Ukraine and European countries. A general characteristic of administrative procedures in administrative-legal doctrine is carried out. A status of legal regulation of administrative procedures in Ukraine and European countries is characterized. It is stressed that the foundation of legislative division of administrative procedures should be composed of their classification of formal and simplified (informal) procedures.
