Essay

Scientific research is devoted to optimization of diagnostics of myocardial dysfunction of patients with hypertensive disease in combination with obesity based on study of echocardiographic parameters of osteopontin and interleukin - 15 in the blood plasma, and the possibility of using these parameters to predict the degree of severity of the condition of patients with this combined pathology. It is shown that the increase of plasmatic level of osteopontin is associated with the accession of morphological and functional changes of the myocardium, which is a symptom of the development of myocardial dysfunction. Demonstrated is the association of reduced levels of IL-15 in the blood plasma with increase of BMI, and besides, the lowest level of IL-15 was found in patients with HD with 2 and 3 stage of obesity. Also determined is the advisability of research into these parameters in blood plasma of patients with HD in order to improve diagnosis and conduct timely prevention or further development of myocardial dysfunction.
