Essay

Relying upon the analysis of patent and technical literature, basic design scheme of a crusher has been adopted; the scheme makes it possible to develop the required force field for material disintegration. Mathematical model of a crusher has been developed; effect of both design and dynamic parameters of a crusher upon the movement of its components has been determined; ways to control dynamic power effect on the material has been defined. Peculiarities of the material disintegration characteristic for a vibratory percussion crusher with an inclined working chamber have been found out; specific features of the material movement as the constituent part of the system to control its power load have been determined. Validity of theoretical studies has been tested experimentally according to the developed laboratory sample of a crusher. Relative error of the results under comparison is not more than 15%. Engineering methodology to design a vibratory percussion crusher with an inclined working chamber has been developed.
