The dissertation is devoted to the decision of the actual issue of increasing theeffectiveness of prevention diseases of solid tissues in temporary teeth.Priority risk factors influencing the tabulation and mineralization of hardtissues of temporary teeth in the antenatal period in pregnant women withconstitutional-alimentary type of obesity have been established.For the first time, the expression of the genes of Ameloblastin, OPG andRANKL were studied for the morphological changes at the rudiments of teeth of 17-18-day embryos of mice on an experimental diet model with high content ofCholesterol.The rate of reduction of the caries growth was 76,79%, which makeit possibleto recommend it for introduction into practical dentistry.
