Рetrichenko O. Justification of the effectiveness of early treatment and prevention of dental anomalies in children with speech disorders

In the dissertation the actual task of modern dentistry is solved, which is to increase the effectiveness of orthodontic treatment of dentoscheleal anomalies in children with speech disorders in the temporary and early variable occlusion, by developing new methods of treatment with the use of modified myogymnastics and tepping of the maxillofacial area. The performed anthropometric, logopedic and functional studies allowed to find out the correlation between the main investigated indicators and to substantiate the proposed method of orthodontic treatment. Analysis of research data showed that in the process of orthodontic treatment with the application of the proposed method in the shortest possible time, normalization of articulation motility, forms of dental arches, palatalography, functional activity and occlusion data, restoration of linguistic and other functions of the dental-jaw system are achieved. Thus, it was proved that the proposed method of treatment of dentoscheletic anomalies in children with speech disorders in the temporary and early variable bite was substantially improved.
