Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the quality of restoration of chewing permanent teeth by comparative evaluation of composite materials on the basis of determination of their physical and mechanical properties and clinical efficacy. In order to determine the physical and mechanical properties of composite materials, 60 samples of "Charisma", "Dipol" and "Эста-3" were investigated. It was found that the border adaptation to tooth hard tissues was higher in composite materials "Charisma" and "Dipol" compared with. The positron annihilation method revealed differences in the atomic-cavity structure of these materials, which "Эста-3 were characterized by different amounts of free volume cavities requiring photopolymerization for 30 seconds using Charisma, 40 seconds for "Dipol" and "Эста-3" - 60 seconds when applying a "soft" start or a steady increase in irradiation. It was found that the microhardness and Young's modulus in materials "Charisma" and "Dipol" were significantly higher than in the "Эста-3", p, p1 <0,05. A detailed comparative analysis of the quality of restorations of occlusal surfaces of chewing permanent teeth with composite materials, according to the USPHS criteria, found that the most common disadvantages of restorations fullness are anatomical shape disturbance, border adaptation, color change and roughness of seals.
