Budiaiev M. The providing of investment appeal of industrial enterprises(based on the materials about electrotechnical industry enterprises of Ukraine)

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of investment attractiveness increasing of industrial enterprise of Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological foundations of investment activities are deepened. The renovation of economic essence of the concept "investment attractiveness", based on its evolution investigation, is offered. The necessity of distribution of capital investments of an enterprise and taking into account investment interests of potential shareholders, with the basis of their elemental structure of investment portfolio, is substantiated. The methodical approach to investment activities managing is improved with the help of an econometric model based on a dynamic analysis of changes in indicators and the determination of their factor influence. The analytical estimation of the current state, dynamics, problems, prospects and potential opportunities of the development of electrotechnical enterprises of Ukraine is carried out. The "ISRC" model was proposed to increase the level of investment attractiveness of electrotechnical enterprises, its testing was carried out and the effectiveness of the proposed actions was determined, along with their results forecast.
