Kozyr-Chepurna M. Mechanisms for coordination of the restructuring plans for industrial enterprises

The object - process of developing the coordination mechanisms for the plans of industrial enterprise restructuring; the purpose - im- provement of scientific and methodical approaches and development of methodical recommendations on strategic planning of restructuring of industrial enterprises on the basis of multilevel hierarchical continuous planning; the methods - analysis and synthesis, system analysis (objective tree method), economic and mathematic modeling, optimal planning, computation experiment, Monte Carlo method; novelty - reasonability of the hierarchical approach is theoretically grounded, and a set of principles of strategic planning for industrial enterprise re- structuring is suggested; standardization methodical fundamentals for description of the planning plans and tasks are developed for the first time and mechanisms for plan coordination in the systems of hierarchical planning of enterprise restructuring are suggested; the results - methodical tools for strategic planning for restructuring industrial enterprises based on the principles of systemicity, hierarchy, continuity, adaptability, sliding and optimal planning; implemented in - at engineering enterprises of Ukraine, particularly, at LLC "Railtransholding"; the field of use - economy and enterprises management (according to the types of economic activity).
