Object: processes of formation and realization of organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of bank credit activity on the consumer market. Purpose: scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodical principles and applied tools for the formation and implementation of the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of banking credit activity in the consumer market of Ukraine. Methods: abstract-logical; decomposition method; method of expert assessments, analysis and synthesis, statistical-economic method of cognition; system approach; prediction method; comprehensive and comparative methods. It is offered: the composition and structure of the elements of the organizational and economic mechanism of state regulation of the development of banking lending activity in the consumer market; the system of tasks of state regulation of development of bank lending activity on the consumer market; a toolkit for state supervision and control of banking lending activity in the consumer market; composition of strategic priorities of state regulation of development of bank lending activity in the consumer market.
