Uvarova S. Administrative law status of participants in executive proceedings in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the administrative law status of participants in executive proceedings in Ukraine. The essence, tasks, principles and peculiarities of executive proceedings, notion and types of its participants, the concept and structure of their administrative law status, as well as the system of its normative definition are defined. The content of administrative law status of several participants in executive proceedings is described: parties andtheir representatives, state and private executors, other participants in executive proceedings and subjects of control over their activities. The ways of improving of the administrative law status of participants in executive proceedings in Ukraine, in particular, directions of development of its legislative consolidation are determined. The foreign experience of regulation of the administrative law status of the participants in the executive proceedings is also generalized and the possibilities of its usage in Ukraine are determined.
