The thesis comprehensively investigated the legal institution of administrative services in the field of economics. In the process of continuous development of society in the context of globalization, it is necessary to create and effectively operate a system of legal means of regulation, which are designed to ensure civil rights and interests, in particular the provision of services in the economic sphere.
