Klyuchka S. The state financial control in the state system of economic security

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical foundations and implementation of the analysis of the state financial control effectiveness, as well as the development of recommendations for improving the state financial control system as a criterion of the state economic security. The financial control has been investigated as the state function for the formation and efficient allocation of budgetary and extrabudgetary funds, accumulation, use and purchase of state property, and it has been found to be an important factor in ensuring the economic and financial security of the country. The functions of the state financial control have been disclosed and the implementation of the procurement monitoring function is proposed.
