The object of investigation is evaluation and minimization of corruption risks in the system of state administration of Ukraine. The objective of investigation is substantiating of theoretical and methodical approaches and elaboration of scientific and practical recommendations, regarding formation and development of the mechanisms of evaluation and minimization of corruption risks in the system of state control of Ukraine. The methods of research include a systematic approach, analysis of generalization, synthesis, logical and semantic method, systematization, comparative analysis and observation method, legal-comparative method, prognostic and simulation method, abstraction, induction and logical methods. The practical value of the results obtained is in the fact that the principal theoretical, methodical, scientific and practical issues and recommendations of this research work can be applied for preparation of legislative and regulative acts that deal with elaboration of preventive and anti-corruption measures. They also may be applied for operation of state organs in the domain of improvement of organizational and methodical provision of practical realization of the mechanism of minimization of corruption risks in the system of state control of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in substantiation of peculiarities and developing various ways of improving the mechanisms of minimization of corruption risks in the system of state control of Ukraine. For the first time a complex mechanism of minimization of corruption risks in the system of state control of Ukraine has been developed. Modified were the main issues of the scientific and methodical approach to the content of the system of risks management, the essence of which is combining separate elements of the system of risks management into an integral system of risks management inside the system of state administration; theoretical and methodical fundamentals of evaluation of corruption risks in the system of state administration and also ways and methods of realization of state and public control over the measures, which are taken with the objective of managing corruption risks in the system of state administration of Ukraine. Further developed were the notional and categorical apparatus of the science of state administration, particularly the author's definitions of such notions like:" corruption risk", "corruption risk factor", "the analysis of corruption risk", "control of corruption risks", "identification", evaluation and minimization of corruption and other risks in the system of state administration of the country; the characteristics of the content and the structure of corruption risks in the system of state administration, their generalization and systematization by means of their dividing into sub-groups, according to eight criteria, depending of forms of corruption and possible spheres of its appearance.
