Forty patients were treated during the work on the thesis, 25 of them completed the course, 9 of them (36.0%) males and 16 (64.0%) females. Out of 25 patients who completed the treatment, TMD diagnosis was not confirmed in 13 (52.0%) of them (5 males – 20.0% and 8 females – 32.0%); however, they were diagnosed with occlusal functional disorders, confirmed by axiography requiring complex orthopedic approaches for their rehabilitation.
