The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of the effectiveness of restoration of dental caries affected by the justified application of nanofill and fluid photocomposition materials and adhesive systems in optimized conditions of adhesive technology and light polymerization. According to the results of the study of the dynamics of the intensity of the light flux of the LED photopolymerizer in samples of nanofill and fluorescent photocomposites, the depth of their polymerization and microhardness, and also the boundary adherence, the substantiation of optimized adhesive technology for the restoration of teeth with the simultaneous light polymerization of the layer of nanofill photocomposition material and the adhesive system was provided. In the clinical study, the high efficiency of the restoration of side teeth affected by caries, nanosupported photocomposition material for the use of optimized adhesive technology has been proved.
