Oleksyn S. Principles of Development of Reengineering of Business Processes in Wholesale Trade Enterprises

Object: the process of introducing modernization of wholesale trade on an innovative basis. Purpose: to substantiate theoretical and applied principles of reengineering the business processes of wholesalers, strategic approaches to its development, and to develop the organizational and economic mechanism of implementation in the practice of wholesale trade. Methods: logical generalization, factor analysis, statistical analysis, comparative analysis and questionnaire, modeling, methods of economical and mathematical modeling, graphic. It is offered: theoretical and methodical approaches to the modeling of business processes of the wholesale trade enterprise, matrix method of implementation of reengineering of business processes on the principles of adaptive control theory, model of organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of reengineering business processes.
