Kostiuchenko M. Legal Regulation of Water Objects Lease in Ukraine.

The dissertation is devoted to a complex theoretical research of the legal regulation of the water objects lease in Ukraine, characteristic of the formation and development of legislation in the sphere of water objects use for lease as well as the research of definitions and distinctions of water objects lease after the Ukrainian legislation. It is also researched the distinctions of the legal regulation of the water objects lease in some foreign countries. Dissertation has the articulation of the procedure of acquisition of right of lease of water objects, the definition and the wording of the water objects lease agreement, the procedure and the causes of termination of water objects lease as well as the distinctions of the water objects lease for fishery. It is carried out an analysis of legal guarantees of the protection of rights of water objects leasers. It is suggested amendments and additions to the legislative acts in the sphere of water and land law to improve the regulation of the water objects lease in Ukraine.
