Essay

The thesis research is devoted to the discovery of the regularities of the evolution of aesthetic principles of the Polish song in the artistic culture of Lviv in 19th and the first third of the 20th in the context of socio-historical processes. It was performed a classification of the song creativity of the Polish composers of Lviv, such as Karol Lipiński, Karol Mikuli, Henryk Yaretski, Jan Gall, Stanisław Niewiadomski, Mieczysław Sołtys, Adam Sołtys, as well as composers-amateurs of the middle 19th century Marcellus Madejski and Theodosia Papara.
