Zosimova A. Informational-analytical support for evaluation of foreign economic activity from the side of enterprises competitiveness

The dissertation is devoted to the development and improvement of theoretical positions, methodical approaches and development of practical recommendations regarding the process of informational and analytical support of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. The technology of estimating foreign economic activity from the point of view of competitiveness of the enterprise has been improved, where the composition of the toolkit is proposed, to assess the most significant factors of competitiveness and strategic positions of domestic machine-building enterprises in the world market. The methodical support to the analysis of machine-building enterprises foreign economic activity was presented. The main difference this methodical support is in the process of determining the competitive position of the world machine-building enterprises which was based on the marketing approach and on the analysis of acceleration / deceleration of foreign trade turnover growth of machine-building products, which allows to assess how the state of foreign economic activity of machine-building enterprises affects the competitive position of machine building in general. Theoretical positions concerning the formation of informational and analytical support for the estimation of foreign economic activity from the standpoint of the enterprise's competitiveness, which are in line with the concept of the information society, the theory of risks and the theory of situational management, are envisaged by the content of the concept of "information and analytical provision of foreign economic activity" and the definition of components of the information and analytical tools of foreign economic activity enterprises The methodical provision of the estimation of the degree of risk exposure to the foreign economic activity of the enterprise is proposed, the difference of which is: sources of obtaining information, control questions, a combination of methods of qualitative and quantitative assessment, which allows to monitor the state of riskiness of the enterprise's foreign economic activity and determine how competitive the machine-building enterprises are sensitive to the risks of foreign economic activity. The methodical approach to evaluating the export competitiveness of the machine-building enterprise is developed, the difference of which is: to modify and calculate the export competitiveness index of enterprises, to substantiate the limits of the export competitiveness levels of the enterprises of mechanical engineering and to group the machine-building enterprises of regions on its basis, which allows to assess the competitive positions of the foreign economic activity enterprise among other export- enterprises of the industry, dynamics of export indicators and export competitiveness in the marketplace. The methodical provision of determination of the level of entrepreneurial efficiency of export-oriented enterprises by means of specification of the set of indicators by productivity groups, financial indicators, labor indicators, indicators of material resources, sales organization and implementation (promotion) of products, application of the integral indicator is proposed. which enables to provide a generalized assessment of export-oriented enterprises, to analyze the structure of the integral indicator and to determine which problems for the provision of foreign economic activity prevail.
