The theoretical and experimental researches on solving the problem of providing the strength and sealing of the sealing units in the form of cylindrical compounded necks with passage leads on the example of a film capacitor K-78 are presented in the paper. A mathematical model of the power interaction of a polymerized compound, which has contact with the shell and the passage output at a temperature from +100 ° С to -60 ° С, is developed. The mathematical model of the influence of excess air pressure and the polymerization technology of the compound proceeding from it is developed. The practical calculations of the elements of the developed designs on the example of three-dimensional film capacitors K-78 are presented. The strain gauge method of checking the structures for tightness, altitude and determination of the time of completion of the polymerization of the compound has been developed and introduced into practice. Experimental studies confirmed the theoretically obtained results.
