Samus Y. Administrative and Legal Provision of the Implementation of Technical Regulation Functions by the Bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Thesis is a monographic study in which on the basis of an analysis of current legislation and the corresponding sub-legislative normative and legal acts as well as of the generalization of their implementation practice the content and peculiarities of the administrative and legal principles of the activity of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the implementation of the functions of technical regulation are considered, the scientifically substantiated suggestions and recommendations on the improvement of domestic legislation in this field are given. The paper defines such concepts as the administrative and legal status of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine authorized for the functions of technical regulation, technical regulation as a function of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the content of the activities of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on the implementation of functions of technical regulation, etc.
