Essay

Thesis is a new study that comprehensively, taking into account modern methods of cognition and achievements of domestic and foreign legal science and the bills of Ukraine, foreign countries, considers the essence of the institution of administrative proceedings and its place in the theory and practice of administrative proceedings. The resulting scientific achievements, conclusions and proposals allow delineating areas of uninvestigated and controversial issues in the legal regulation of the institution of administrative proceedings and simulating author’s vision of their solution.
