Kharkivskyi S. Administrative and legal protection of land resources of Ukraine from inefficient use

The dissertation is devoted to determination of essence and specificity of administrative and legal protection of land resources of Ukraine from irrational use and search of directions and means of optimization of management activity in this area. The main theoretical and methodological guidelines for the administrative and legal protection of land resources of Ukraine from irrational use are outlined, legislative and scientific definitions of the main concepts are considered, the essence and legal principles of rational use of land resources as an administrative-legal regime are clarified. The system of subjects of public administration in the field of administrative and legal protection of land resources of Ukraine from inefficient use is considered, their functions and forms of participation in public administration in the indicated sphere are characterized.
