Dolinovskyy Y. Peculiarities of detection and investigation of crimes committed during public procurement in the sphere of health protection

This thesis paper contains the solution of a complex scientific and practical task as to the improvement of activities of the investigation and operative teams of the Nation Police of Ukraine aimed at detection and investigation of crimes committed during public procurement in the sphere of health protection. The thesis includes the complex research of the techniques of detection and investigation of the crimes committed during public procurement in the sphere of health protection. There are devised the forensic characteristics of crimes in this sphere. There are ascertained the measures of the operative teams and state controlling authorities aimed at detection of the designated crimes. There are outlined typical investigative patterns and the appropriate investigative and search activities. There have been studied out the tactics of conduct of forensic inquiries.
