Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex legal study of the content and limits of the consideration by the administrative court of the administrative discretion of the subjects of public administration. In this work the author analyses the state of implementation of the administrative discretion in the activities of the subjects of public administration, the provisions of the administrative procedural law, which reveal the active role of the administrative court. The scope of freedom is investigated and the limits of judicial discretion are checked when administrative court verifies the administrative discretion of the subjects of public administration, the authority of the administrative court is grounded.
