Mytsay M. System of sources of pension law of Ukraine

The dissertation is one of the first in the national science of social welfare law by a special comprehensive study of sources of pension law. The thesis defines the essence, features and features of the right to pension provision. The concepts, signs of sources of pension law, including the prism of pension reforms, the question of their classification, are explored. A separate place is devoted to the study of the essence and content of pension legislation. The most important, fundamental sources of pension law, first of all, laws and their main types, the system of subordinate normative legal acts, including the peculiarities of normative legal acts of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, are analyzed. It also explores the decisions of the judiciary’s acts in the system of sources of pension law. In addition, issues related to the implementation of international (European) social standards in the pension law, the problems of codification in this area are highlighted. The proposals on improving the system of sources of pension law are formulated, the importance of codification of pension legislation, the drafting and adoption of the Pension Code of Ukraine is emphasized.
