Liubchynskyi O. Serial Sex Murders: Specificities of Investigation.

The work is devoted to solution of multidimensional scientific and applied problem of optimization of performance of investigative forces within National Police of Ukraine in their investigation of serial sex murders. The present work’s rationale is added by the fact that the present-day state in Ukraine urgently requires the fulfillment of Constitution’s of Ukraine Art 3 where human’s life is proclaimed to be the highest social value of the country. The work is devoted to multidimensional study of problems connected with methods of investigation serial sex murders. Forensic characterization is given to serial sex murders as well as such crimes’ investigative (search) actions at the first stage of investigation are determined. Silent investigative (search) actions and specificities of detainment, interrogation and conduction of forensic expertise of the suspects (accused) of serial sex murders were described.
