RIADINSKYI Y. Financial and Legal Regulation of Production and Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages in Ukraine.

Thesis is a monographic research studying the financial and legal regulation of the production and circulation of alcoholic beverages in a complex way, taking into account modern methods of cognition, the achievements of domestic and foreign legal science, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine, EU and foreign countries; the prospective directions of its improvement are determined. The types and functions of state regulation in the field of production and circulation of alcoholic beverages are defined. The directions of influence of financial and legal regulation on production and circulation of alcoholic beverages are investigated. Forms and methods of financial and legal regulation of production and circulation of alcoholic beverages are distinguished.
