Holoborodko Y. Management of agricultural enterprises competitiveness

In the dissertation the interpretation of the definition of "competitiveness" is proposed, which, in contrast to the existing interpretations, is presented as an economic category and a phenomenon which is the ability of the subject to increase real incomes by preserving their own preferences in a market environment where the basic requirements are more effective advantages over similar enterprises; more effective types and combinations of resources; the use in the production process of innovative technologies, and the ability to quickly adapt to global economic integration. This will contribute to expanding the intentions of scientific thought about the essence of this definition in accordance with the realities and challenges of the present. The mechanism of managing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises through the addition of well-known components is presented: the organizational and economic mechanism, such elements as seasonality, legal, techno-innovation, socio-psychological, commercial, where it is determined that the components of this mechanism should be based on the coordination of the interests of the interacting parties, which will serve as the basis for building an effective system for managing the competitiveness of agrarian enterprises.
