Salyuk-Kravchenko O. Regulation of corporate relations of economic entities in a dynamic macroeconomic environment

The thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the theoretical foundations of corporate relations of economic entities and developing of the system of modern economic mechanisms and instruments for the regulation of corporate relations of economic entities in a dynamic macroeconomic environment. The analysis of the emergence and formation of corporate governance, the features of formation, factors and principles of its provision is conducted in the thesis. The legal regulation of corporate relations of economic entities is analyzed. The methods of regulation of corporate relations and the features of their implementation are summarized. The thesis substantiates an original definition of organizational strategy for the corporate governance development, which is defined as the strategy of provision of forming and implementing a set of measures aimed at bringing the internal organizational relations, methods of decision-making, distribution of power, responsibilities and functions of the participants of corporate relations into accordance with the chosen long-term goals of strategic development of the enterprise.
