Essay

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of orthopedic treatment concept at patients with defects of the crown part of the teeth complicated with generalised periodontitis that in turn needs the change of the tooth axis. We have examined 570 patients. It was used general accepted methods of treatment combined with proposed by us methods at 127 patients. The lack of the crown part of the tooth was examined at 41,7%, in 74.8% combined with periodontal diseases. We have carried out the analysis of complications after the usage of various pin constructions. It was clinically justified the method of restoring the destroyed crown part of the tooth with changed axis by using the proposed set of fiberglass pins with different angles of inclination - 5°, 10°, 15°.
