Essay

In the dissertation studied particularities of generalized periodontitis (GP) of chronic conditions of the I-st early and I-II development degree (140 patients) and search of ways of raising the efficiency of its treatment. It has been established that patients with GP change clinical indices, biochemical and immunological parameters of oral liquid. It has been proved that use of the proposed methods of treatment (especially with the use of photodynamic therapy) contributed to the significant improvement of all studied indicators with the achievement of long-term remission of GP, which allows recommending the proposed complexes of measures for use in practical dentistry. Key words: generalized periodontitis, short-chain fatty acids, interleukins, pro- and antioxidant indices, photodynamic therapy, Vector-therapy, hyaluronic acid, royal jelly. Branch - Medicine.
