Kochetkov Y. Land-use management of agricultural enterprises in the context of global environmental changes

The conceptual bases of rational land use of the agricultural enterprises are generalized in dissertation work. Methodical bases of defining the production parameters of technological system at the agricultural enterprise which allow to maximize economic benefits of the enterprises with preservation useful qualities of natural system are developed. The key elements of land use management in the strategic planning of economic activities of agricultural enterprises are defined. The conceptual and methodological approach to management model of agricultural land use optimization is proved. It allows taking into account the technical, technological, regulatory and resource parameters of development for adapt the production model of the agricultural enterprise to the processes of global environmental changes. In order to assess the prospects of such integration, the project was developed, called «The creation an innovative vertically-integrated business for the production of polyethylene from own crop raw materials». This project involves the creation of a vertically-integrated business for the production of polyethylene products. The proposed model is based on the methodology of dynamic programming and provides the best solution to the 2-criterion task of maximizing profits and providing environmentally acceptable land use.
