Gomon D. Administrative and legal provision of health care in Ukraine

The work is devoted to the comprehensive study of administrative-legal and organizational support of health care in Ukraine. The content of the concept of "health" and the genesis of the development of administrative and legal support in the field of health care from the time of Kyiv Rus and to date has been analyzed. The essence of the concepts "administrative-legal protection of health care", "organizational provision of health care" and types of legal responsibility in the field of health care are investigated. The correlation between concepts "public administration" and "public administration" is carried out. The system of public administration in the sphere of public health is considered. The content and types of forms and methods of public administration in the field of health are defined and characterized. The attention was paid to the significance of state control and supervision in the field of health care. The experience of foreign countries in the organization of health care provision is analyzed and ways of improving the legal and organizational provision of health care in Ukraine are taken into account taking into account foreign experience and possibilities of its adaptation in our country.
