POTSILUIKO V. Procedural peculiarities of application of measures for enforcement of criminal and administrative offenses cases: comparative-legal analysis

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical synthesis and a new solution of the scientific problem, relating to revealing the essence of measures for enforcement of criminal and administrative offenses cases, the order of their application and on this basis the formation of scientifically substantiated proposals on the improvement of criminal procedural legislation and law enforcement practice in the appropriate direction. The scientific expediency of the comparative legal study of measures for enforcement of criminal and administrative offenses cases has been clarified. The place of measures for enforcement of criminal and administrative offenses cases in the system of measures of criminal procedural and administrative coercion is determined, and their author classification is given. The essence, grounds and procedure of application of general and special measures for enforcement of criminal and administrative offenses are revealed, and directions of their improvement are identified.
