Kravchuk P. Clinical and microbiological substantiation of complex treatment of patients with fractures of the mandible on the background of chronic alcohol intoxication.

The thesis presents solutions to the urgent problem of modern dentistry, namely, to improve the effectiveness of treatment of traumatic fractures of the lower jaw by improving the new technique and new means of preventing the formation and adhesion of dental deposits on the shinuval nasal structures in patients abusing alcohol. For the first time, a curative and prophylactic hygienic complex containing decamethoxin was developed and patented, a scheme for the use of this complex was developed, which makes it possible to use it in the treatment of traumatic fractures of the mandible under the conditions of the application of tooth-splinting structures. For the first time, the complex method of treatment was improved in patients with fractures of the lower jaw using a treatment-and-prophylactic hygienic complex containing decamethoxin. The technique of using photoplethysmography to diagnose the condition of microcirculation of periodontal tissues in patients with traumatic fractures of the lower jaw is improved.
