Goi V. Informational and Analytical Support of Anti-crisis Management in Corporate Еnterprises

The Thesis is dedicated to scientific and theoretical substantiation and development of practical recommendations for improvement of informational and analytical support of anti-crisis management and its tools in corporate companies. The work covers the essence and objective necessity of anti-crisis management improvement in corporate companies, researches the essence and prerequisites for anti-crisis management, defines the anti-crisis management mechanism and the ways of its improvement, offers and substantiates the author's definition of anti-crisis management in corporate companies considering their specific activity. The thesis gives the analysis and characteristics the kinds of crisis, adds to and updates the classification of reasons for crisis in corporate companies using the corporate impact factors, such as deliberate making bankrupt by persons in interest, corporate challenges, distribution of corporate rights. The thesis analyzes the conceptual questions of informational and analytical support of anti-crisis management in corporate companies. The thesis analyzes the current status, main trends in dynamics of construction company performance results, finds out and systematises the composition and nature of factors having the most impact on the activities, summarizes the features of crisis and reasons for bankruptcy of construction companies, compares the results of their susceptibility to bankruptcy using the existing methods. It summarizes, classifies and assesses the existing methods and models for company bankruptcy diagnostics, substantiates the selection of indices to evaluate the company financial status, and these were the basis for offering the regressive logistic model for estimated probability of the corporate company bankruptcy. It substantiates the selection and gives the formed system of the most informative quantitative and qualitative indices of the corporate company status, provides the developed methodological approach for estimated probability of the corporate company bankruptcy that is based on the fuzzy logic concept and integrates the most critical indices of financial status and the indices of corporate nature. In the frameworks of informational and analytical support of anti-crisis management, using the offered approach makes it possible to get the most objective and reliable assessment of crisis state in order to improve the reasonability of selection of options in decision-making on anti-crisis measures. The conceptual model and algorithm of crisis state diagnostics have been developed, the main areas for improvement of informational and analytical support of anti-crisis management in corporate company have been defined and substantiated In the thesis.
