Zhurakivskyi Y. Ensuring of regional economic security of the agrarian sector in conditions of institutional transformation

In the thesis the theoretical and methodological foundations of ensuring of regional economic security of the agrarian sector in conditions of institutional transformation are developed. Methodical approach to understanding the essence of the concept of "economic security of agrarian sector" is improved. Classification of threats to the economic security of agrarian sector is supplemented by institutional component. Classification components of economic security of agrarian sector is systematized. Methodical approach to identifying dependencies between economic security of agrarian sector and a strategic potential of the region is improved, the main components of which are economic-financial, production and technological, natural-environmental, social-intellectual, institutional, political-integrative. An interpretation of the concept of "economic security of agrarian sector" is proposed, which enabled to consider when building a system of ensuring of regional economic safety of agrarian sector the principle of sustainability of the system to external and internal threats. The concept of "economic security strategy of the regional agrarian sector" is improved. Based on the theory of fuzzy logic developed innovative mathematical model of estimation and forecasting the level of economic security of the agricultural sector of the region. The concept of ensuring regional economic security of the agricultural sector, which offered more specific tools of the state agrarian policy in the form of organizational and managerial decision-making mechanism.
